Dell recently launched its new InkSave program, which features a quick and easy automated reordering service.
The program starts the consumer out with two ink cartridges – one to use and one as a spare – and a prepaid envelope. Once the one of the ink cartridges is empty, the consumer uses the spare and mails the empty cartridge back to Dell in the prepaid envelope. Shipping is free and the consumer is automatically charged for the new cartridge when Dell exchanges the empty one for the new one. Dell will send the consumer an email notification when the cartridge is received at the processing centre and when a new one is on the way.
Consumers can sign up for the program free of charge. Upon signing up, they will receive a welcome kit with the first round of ink as well as prepaid envelopes to return the used, empty cartridges.
Dell says all returned cartridges are 100 percent recycler through the InkSave program.
