InkCycle offers first MPSuccess training in Kansas City

Investing heavily in Managed Print programs to assist their growing customer base, InkCycle is committed to delivering the tools customers need to be successful.

 

With several mini-training sessions, ranging from webinars to live presentations at World Expo 2009, the expanded version of Managed Print Success included hands-on experience, real-world examples and training on how to utilize the many tools available from InkCycle and its partners to independent office supplies retailers.

 

“We decided it was time to host the event at our world headquarters and expand the program to two full days,” said Carl Little, InkCycle’s Vice-President of Dealer Sales.

 

The recent training encompassed two full days of rich content from InkCycle staff and technology partners FMAudit, DocuAudit and Save’R’ Consulting Group.  Dealers not only learned about what InkCycle dealers are doing, but also learned through networking and sharing of industry-wide best practices from the technology partners.

 

“The dealers were excited to be here, and to see InkCycle’s business operations first hand.  The dealers have been vocal with their opinion of the training,” continues Little.  Dealers were overheard saying, “I feel much more informed… it’s knowledge I can use right away… I am now more confident… solid information… worth the time and money… I need to do this… good step-by-step…”

 

“We definitely have plans to offer this training again in few months.  Nothing gives me more personal satisfaction than to be able to assist our great customers as they transition into a whole new way of selling.”  Little says plans will be announced for a second training session hosted at InkCycle’s World Headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas.
