Memjet names Mark Legg CFO

Most recently, Legg was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Atomics in San Diego. Prior to General Atomics, Legg was the Chief Financial Officer for American Reprographics Company in Los Angeles. There he led a financial organization that scaled as the company grew 600 percent in nine years, successfully integrated more than 90 acquisitions and assisted in the company’s successful IPO.

Prior to American Reprographics Company, Legg was Chief Operating Officer for Vivitar Corporation where he was responsible for global operations. Legg started his financial career at Price Waterhouse.

“Mark has a great deal of relevant experience in the printing industry and global markets,” said Lauer. “His financial acumen and commercial leadership skills will be a catalyst in bringing Memjet’s breakthrough printing technology to the next phase of commercialization and growth.”
