Kodak’s stand at printing tradeshow IPEX will be a live talk-show set featuring industry experts talking about the latest market trends and opportunities.
The sessions will provide insights and information that commercial printers, publishers, package printers, and data printers can use to help their businesses increase profitability.
The K-Zone kicks off at 11 am on 18 May, with a keynote panel titled “Change Inspires Innovation,” featuring Antonio M. Perez, Kodak Chairman and CEO; Giovanni Antonuzzo, Rotomail CEO; Giorgio Albertini, Rotomail General Manager; and Tom Fenske, Fenske Media CEO. The panel will discuss the impact of digital marketing on the industry and how Kodak Stream Inkjet Technology is shaking things up with a wide variety of innovative applications.
Following the keynote panel, at 12 pm, is “Once Upon a Time: The Story Behind the Invention of Stream”. Attendees will learn from Kodak Chief Technical Officer, Terry Taber, how the idea for Stream Inkjet Technology came about and the fundamental concepts behind this revolutionary printing system.
Special K-Zone sessions at 4 pm on 18 May and 20 May will introduce Frank Romano’s new book, “The Future of Print in the 21st century”. Kodak says that print plays an important role in society and reflects the habits and needs of consumers, but new print technologies are transforming the way we interact with print. Romano will talk about these changes and share insights from his new book. A book signing will follow and all attendees will receive a complimentary autographed copy.
In addition, a revealing panel discussion called “What We Think – The Analyst Viewpoint” will take place on 19 May at 2 pm. Well-known industry experts will talk about the worldwide economic situation and how the printing industry is evolving as a result.
