Mark Wilson is now the Business Development Director and Jon Joseph has taken on the role of Production Print Professional Services Manager.
The company has also appointed two new Regional Production Print Sales Directors, with Richard Ash covering the South and Tim Carter covering the North, Scotland, and Ireland. They will all be reporting to Stephen Palmer, Director of Production Print.
Wilson will focus on promoting Ricoh’s Business Driver Programme, amongst other roles, and Joseph will be dealing with customer relations and solutions.
Ash and Carter both have a wide range of experience with OEMs and will be responsible for increasing and strengthening Ricoh’s print business throughout the UK.
