The scheme offers a £6 discount voucher for every new toner cartridge returned and a £3 voucher for every new inkjet cartridge.
Currently, the vouchers can be redeemed at nine remanufacturers and retailers. Commercial Director Angus Carnie said that there will be more signing up to the programme over the next few weeks.
Due to higher demand for his products, Carnie also said that the company has purchased a new warehouse to cater for this.
He added that 300 Recycling is now processing around 400 tonnes of material each month and expects this to double over the next six months.
Carnie explained: “The idea behind this is to encourage companies and individuals to return the cartridges and of course helps sell new ones for the participating companies.
“We have already booked substantial internet and press advertising and from our experience in our pilot programme we are expecting a huge response so much so we have acquired a further warehouse to meet the demand. We are in a unique position as we can process every type and brand of cartridge and of course fusers and toner bottles.”
