New corporate video intends to showcase the company’s toner cartridge manufacturing processes.
International Laser Group (ILG) has announced the forthcoming release of its new six-minute corporate video showcasing the company’s “quality OEM alternative toner cartridge manufacturing processes”.
The video is intended to highlight ILG’s “Experience the Quality Difference” message by exploring its processes and technologies across a range of elements including R&D, engineering and final inspection and testing prior to distribution. It will also glean a look into the company’s new San Diego distribution facility.
Joe Shulman, Senior Vice President of Client Solutions, ILG, commented: “This video provides a great tool for our dealers. It outlines the quality control required for what it takes to produce a superior quality OEM alternative product. The video is for our dealers to see our leadership in product development and our stringent manufacturing processes… and we invite our qualified clients to visit our new facilities and see for themselves the ‘Quality Difference’.”
ILG is also planning to launch several new customer service improvement tools for their dealers in 2012, as part of an “aggressive mission to continuously improve [its] service and to be the best in the industry”.
