U.S. remanufacturer releases video promoting remanufacturing of printer cartridges.
Lasting one minute, the video is to promote ACM’s EcoPlus line of remanufactured cartridges, which was launched in October 2011 and are claimed to be packaged in the “smallest volume boxes in the industry”.
While the EcoPlus line in particular is featured in the video, the content of the video provides information about why it is important to be socially responsible in more general terms by using remanufactured cartridges. It follows the journey of used toner cartridges that are either thrown away immediately after use or sent on for remanufacturing, with a voice-over stating reasons why re-using cartridges is important.
Ben Lin, Executive Vice-President of ACM commented: “The video was created to bring awareness to our customers as well as end-users on why it is important to use remanufactured toner cartridges.
“EcoPlus remanufactured toner cartridges provide quality, cost savings and a commitment to environmental leadership.”
