Technical service support business will lead on installation and support of wide-format devices sold by the OEM in the UK and Ireland.
Epson has announced a partnership with technical service
support provider Veritek, with the company handling the installation and support of all wide-format devices sold in the UK and Ireland, reports PrintWeek.
Veritek, based in Eastbourne, has previously worked with Fujifilm and Agfa although Head of Business Development James Salamon commented that the company is working to diversify into the commercial print market, stating that its partnership with Epson marks a “significant step forward.
“Epson is a fast moving customer focused brand, so creating a working partnership between the businesses simply made sense.”
Epson Customer Service Manager Peter Figoni added: “By selecting Veritek we have a partner with a large number of skilled engineers throughout the UK who can reduce response time […] Veritek is a partner with a scalable business that can keep pace with Epson’s strong UK sales and who will add value to the Epson brand.”
