Former sister company EWEKO GmbH will now operate solely under the OCP brand.
OCP GmbH and EWEKO GmbH have announced that, 
following a fusion contract on 14 August, EWEKO will now be operating under the OCP brand, noted as retroactively effective as of 1 July 2012.
OCP states that EWEKO customers, vendors and business partners will “no longer receive letters, order confirmations, orders and/or invoices from EWEKO […] only from OCP”. However contacts and personnel will remain the same.
OCP states that “this joining of forces produces a synergy that will bring only advantages your way […] from here into the future, cooperation as always”.
Earlier in the year, EWEKO and OCP relocated to their new headquarters in Bochum, and the ink manufacturer had shortly afterwards expanded their R&D and production facilities in Lage following “continual success”.
