The CE400 and CE403 
cartridges come under MSE’s “Intelligently Re-engineered” brand, and utilize the manufacturer’s Secondary Cleaning System, which “eliminates many of the quality issues that have hurt the industry and resulted in a low colour market share”, the company notes.
