Home-based refill retailer discusses importance of work.
Owner and operator of Brighton Inks Sara Ronza has spoken on the success of her refill business as the company approaches its six-year anniversary, reports Northumberland Today.
Brighton Inks, based in Ontario, was started in 2006 following a move to the region. Although her background features wellness, self-improvement and modelling industries, Ronza was compelled to start a home business in addition to her duties looking after three children and two pets: “Goodbye high heels, hello ink spots and smiles!”
The refill retailer claims to save customers as much as 65 percent off the price of OEM ink, laments the proliferation of new retail cartridge chambers which only contain half-capacity ink: “My customers get far more product for far less money, which means paying less tax, fewer trips to the store, and eliminates an incredible amount of packaging, including the cartridges themselves.
“Reduce, reuse and recycle is the right thing to do whenever we can.”
Ronza notes that, despite being a home operation, many of her customers are professionals: “Many of my business customers are dentists, doctors, and other small-to-medium-sized businesses. Most use laser toners, and their annual savings through reuse and refilling can result in many hundreds of dollars in savings compared to buying new retail, and their carbon footprint is reduced dramatically. Win win.”
However, Ronza states that the focus isn’t solely on the financial savings, but also stands by her product and considers it a primary appeal of Brighton Inks.
“If ever there’s a problem, I do my absolute best to fix it. I strive to ensure that every single customer, business or residential, is completely satisfied. That’s imperative.”
