mpsMarket research firm includes MPS capabilities in its gapTCO suite, allowing clients to optimise costs.

Gap Intelligence has announce that it has launched the latest version of its Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) suite to include MPS capabilities, allowing MPS providers to demonstrate to their clients their total cost savings over time while shortening sales cycles and driving revenue growth.

The gapTCO platform is expected to provide an improved competitive position for customers, on-going cost optimisation throughout the MPS engagement and reduced time to evaluate profitability of their MPS proposals.

Gap Intelligence adds that the tool also features a responsive design along with product photos; accurate data that is updated on a weekly basis by a third party; a database of device, consumable and service contracts; a proposal generator with custom pricing; and is able to analyse the environmental impact of a device.

Gary Peterson, President of Gap Intelligence, said: “The addition of MPS support and copier-based products to our tool allows our clients to support any device type and sales scenario. We can empower sales organizations to optimize these IT hardware systems’ benefits on their customers’ workplace productivity and communicate those positive impacts on their bottom line.”

Commenting on the platform’s new features, Chris Barnes, Vice President of Gap Intelligence, said:  “These new capabilities provide our clients with the technical aptitude needed to be leaders in a very complex and constantly changing MPS industry. Our goal is to create the very best way for users to articulate competitive positioning and value to their customers.”
