Biztech2.com reports the release of three new MFPs from HP: the LaserJet Pro M521, LaserJet Pro Color M570 and LaserJet Enterprise M725; aimed to help customers to maximise their print investment.

The M521 and M570 both have print, scan, copy and fax capabilities and matching paper capacities of 1,100 sheets. Additional features of the M521 include a dual-headed scanner allowing for faster processing of duplex jobs, and compatibility with HP ePrint and wireless direct printing to enable mobile printing.

Meanwhile, the LaserJet Enterprise M725 is designed to offer secure, large-volume printing and imaging at a low price, with advanced security features including an encrypted hard-disk, Pin Printing and Hardware Integration pocket for the implementation of third-party security solutions. Paper documents can be incorporated into digital workflows using the device’s eight-inch colour touchscreen to preview, edit and deigitally send documents; and the device can easily be managed by corporate IT via central printing policies and fleet-level security solutions.

Nitin Hiranandani, Director of Printing Systems, PPS at HP, commented: “Organisations are constantly looking for new ways to increase workforce productivity without exceeding their budget. HP’s newest printing technologies empower business customers to build a connected, virtual workspace at greater cost savings than ever before. MFPs continue to be a priority for HP and we are constantly innovating in this space to meet our customer’s growing demands.”
