Jet Tec had previously discussed its intention to exhibit at the event, which took place from 1 to 2 April at London’s Business Design Centre, and noted that the show was the “only UK-based trade show dedicated to stationery products”, adding that it was “delighted to have exhibited”.

At the event, the company showcased newly-launched inkjet and toner cartridges for HP, Brother and Dell printers, and also introduced a “new addition to the team”, a character called Waffle, which served as a “roving reporter” as part of the company’s plans to “have fun and engage more followers via social media”, with the character “attract[ing] attention during the exhibition”. Jet Tec mentioned that the show had been “very successful”, offering the company “great opportunity” to exhibit products, whilst visitors had the chance to win a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone.

It added that “exhibiting amongst a wealth of British suppliers and manufacturers has only emphasised the significance of ‘buying British’, proving that the UK still has so much to offer in terms of innovation and quality. Jet Tec looks forward to attending an even bigger and better show in 2015”.

Martyn Green, Business Development Executive at Jet Tec, also commented: “The show offered us a perfect platform to see a sizeable amount of existing customers in a short period of time, whilst engaging with an array of prospects from shopping channels to new possibilities of distribution within newspaper wholesale! Time well spent making and building relationships to mutual benefit.”
