Cartridge World East Lancashire runs prize draw for customers

Jun 4, 2014

PrintThe UK franchise aims to reward business delivery customers for “continuous support”.

The franchise in East Lancashire, which includes stores in Blackburn, Accrington and Rawtenstall, was “influenced” in its new Golden Ticket prize draw by Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and its golden tickets, with the monthly surprise draw aiming to reward customers for their support.

The system will provide business customers of the stores with a golden raffle ticket each time that the customer places an order for delivery, and at the end of each month, each of the slips go into a draw, with the winner gifted a “significant surprise present, which is chosen specifically for them” by the franchise.

Darren Turner, Owner of the franchise, stated: “We have a loyalty reward card system in place for in-store customers, but wanted a way to thank and reward our business delivery customers too. The Golden Ticket now allows us to do this, and the more orders that our business customers place throughout the month, the more raffle tickets they receive, which significantly increases their chances of winning.”

The Recycler previously  reported on the launch of a number of services offered by the East Lancashire Cartridge World stores, including a water cooler service, the ‘Cartridge World Infinity’ “unlimited ink” printing service, which now has a “recommend a friend” initiative; and the offer of free delivery to business customers.
