LGAChemical colour toner for use in HP CP 3525 printers passes LGA test for contaminants.

German aftermarket components and consumables supplier Delacamp AG has announced that its new polymerised/chemical colour toner has passed the LGA test for contaminants, with all colour toners for use in remanufactured HP CP3525 series cartridges included. These add to the existing colour toners for use in HP CP1215/1518, HP CP2025 and Samsung CLP 610/680, all of which have previously passed the LGA test.

The LGA test is conducted to analyse a toner for volatile organic components, with a successful test indicating that cartridges containing the toner will achieve Nordic Ecolabelling approval and should meet the emissions requirements of Blue Angel and IFA. Delacamp stated that by “heavily investing” in these measures, it is “displaying its concern for environmental health and consumer friendly quality”.

Delacamp added that it is “the only supplier of LGA-tested chemical colour toner”, and that it also offers a “wide selection” of LGA-tested monochrome toner for major OEM-branded printer models.

The Recycler reported earlier this year that a range of Delacamp’s colour and monochrome toners had been approved by Nordic Swan and had later been LGA-approved as well.
