The software provider has launched the latest version of the Central user interface.
The company stated that the latest version of the Central interface, version four, will provide users of the FMAudit MPS software with “a brand new experience in managing remote accounts”, and is to be released to customers across the globe.
The new version is the first of a number of projects from the company “intended to help the dealer community capitalise on the rapidly-growing” MPS market, which ECi says is estimated to grow beyond $25 billion (€23.1 billion) in 2015. With Central v4.0, users will receive a “modern dashboard containing actionable widgets” as well as the ability to “create toner alerts based on days remaining”.
Other features include “multiple account creation using the same contact, schedulable customised views” of reports and templates, “increased browser support, and improved permission management”. It will also integrate with ROI Print Manager and Office Document Consulting – two other MPS-related software programmes from ECi – which deal with data and workflow management and floor plan mapping software respectively.
Kevin Tetu, President of ECi FMAudit, commented: “FMAudit continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. Our team is adding roughly 95,000 devices each month. We grew 90 percent during 2013 and 2014 and are actively monitoring well over 5.6 million devices worldwide. It is important for us to design and build a user interface to provide our dealers the tools needed to grow in the highly competitive MPS market and successfully transition into managed services.”
Emily Lopez, Contract Administrator at FMAudit customer Lasers Resource, stated that the company has “appreciated the new look and feel of v4.0. The user interface and ease of navigation has improved our users’ experience with the software. The dashboard and widgets provide a wonderful overview of account information all in one location. The support of the FMAudit team has been amazing! Overall, our team has embraced the new version and we look forward to continuing to learn all the new features!”
