The OEM has released a range of consumer and commercial printers at its Innovation Day.
Digit reported on the Innovation Day event hosted in the region, which saw the OEM launch the DeskJet Ink Advantage 3636 and Colour LaserJet MFP M227. The 3636 is a “budget printer” available for around $64 (€56), and is an AIO intended to be an “affordable solution for home printing and for people on a budget”.
The 3636 features a new “box-versus-bowl” design as well as white and blue colouring, and features mobile connectivity alongside HP Direct technology, which allows users to print “without having the need for a router”. In turn, the Colour LaserJet Pro MFP M277 is described as a “laserjet powerhouse”, with features including automatic duplexing, a speed of 18ppm, wireless and mobile connectivity alongside NFC (near-field communication) compatibility and a three-inch touchscreen.
Other printers launched at the event by HP included the LaserJet M553 series, the IA 365, the OfficeJet Enterprise Colour MFP 585, and the OfficeJet Pro X576dw MFP.
