The MPS provider has announced Katun will become a new LINK partner.
The partnership will see Katun help provide the PrintFleet LINK solution “for the imaging industry”, as well as adding PrintFleet MPS programmes to Katun’s dealer channels across Europe. The LINK solution is a “data-enabled solution that affords automated supplies fulfilment”, PrintFleet notes, adding that it “reduces costs and increases customer value and retention by leveraging the latest innovation in web services to simplify the exchange of data from resellers to suppliers”.
The company also notes that “traditional supplies fulfilment is typically associated with high cost, time-consuming manual processes”, which are “prone to error and result in low customer value and loyalty”. Katun commented that it is “committed to adding value to its customers and channel partners”, and is “excited to add the PrintFleet Optimiser and LINK solutions to its growing Katun Dealer Fleet Management (KDFM) solutions portfolio”.
Chris McFarlane, CEO of PrintFleet, said: “We are delighted with Katun’s decision to provide PrintFleet powered solutions to Katun’s distribution channels. We are also especially pleased that Katun is working with us to offer LINK driven automation solutions to other PrintFleet clients including our OEM, distribution and reseller partners.” The company recently also agreed a similar LINK partnership with Pulsar Technologies.
Heidi Boller, Katun’s EAME (Europe, Africa and Middle East) General Manager, commented: “With PrintFleet LINK we will further extend our ability to streamline and automate the supplies fulfilment process, which will result in significant labour and inventory cost savings for our customers.”
