The software group has launched the 2015 version of its recently acquired remote monitoring and management (RMM) IT solution.
ECi said the updated package has “an array of new features that help managed service providers (MSP) and IT professionals save time and increase profits”, including new ticketing timers, SLA monitoring, IT service automation and automated renewal monitoring, and QuickBooks Online and Xero integration.
There are also streamlined ticketing improvements and new ticketing timers, while Splashtop remote control and Naverisk File Viewer have been integrated into the software. Current Naverisk customers can update their software for free.
ECi acquired Naverisk in April 2015 to create a “powerhouse option for all MSPs or IT service providers who wish to improve or expand their offerings”.
