The Recycler understands that Suzhou Goldengreen Technologies (SGT) are in discussions to buy a Zhuhai-based cartridge manufacturer. SGT recently bought the Cartridge World franchise. 
Also in discussion are more acquisitions by Zhuhai-based Apex Microelectronics, who recently bought Static Control Components, and a deal might be announced as early as the end of September.
