Denver-based All Copy Products acquired Verticomm Technologies, a data business consultancy and technology provider also based in the area.
The acquisition will enable All Copy to offer cloud services “to all of our branches”, reducing the need for third-party vendors, Industry Analysts reported. All of the Verticomm workforce has been integrated into All Copy, with the buying company stating that “we offer the same local touch that customers are accustomed to with Verticomm”.
The acquisition adds additional private cloud and VoIP services and phone systems to All Copy’s repertoire, and follows four years of substatntial growth for Verticomm, tripling in size in terms of clients, revenue and employees.
