The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded the OEM the SmartWay Excellence Award for “serving as an industry leader in freight supply chain environmental performance and energy efficiency”.
Canon was given the accolade for its efforts to reduce transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions, such as load efficiency and encouraging carriers to join the SmartWay Transport Partnership.
