Pennsylvania-based Capital Business Systems, a specialist in business services and document management, has been purchased by the OEM’s company, Global Imaging Systems (GIS).
GIS is made of “regional core companies” in the USA that sell document management systems including printers, copiers and MFPs, according to the company website. Xerox acquired the group in 2007.
