The acquisition of Kettering-based Shuttleworth Business Systems is expected to further extend the MPS company’s leadership in the British market.
Industry Analysts reported on the buyout, with Gabriel Matsliach, Senior Vice President and General Manager of EFI Productivity Software, saying it will work with the company’s existing client base and offer them “access to the full portfolio of EFI products”.
Andy King, Joint Managing Director of Shuttleworth, stated: “We are very excited to join the EFI family and are confident in the additional value they can bring to our customers. EFI has the technology, skill and reach that will enable Shuttleworth customers continued growth and success for years to come.”
