Cartridge Shop has “undergone a major overhaul” that includes a relaunched website.
The site, www.cartridgeshop.co.uk, has been “given a makeover” that includes a new interface, which the company says “makes it easier for customers to find their replacement ink and toner”, and it adds that it believes “customers will appreciate the much-changed online store”. The new site forms part of a “major overhaul” at the company, which is preparing for its “busiest ever” year in 2016.
The “shop redesign” comes ahead of the busy festive period, and the company-wide revamp has taken place after Cartridge Shop was recognised by UK consumer publication Which? Magazine earlier this year for its cartridge prices. Cartridge Shop added that it has served over half a million customers since the website’s launch in 1999, and currently has a Google Checkout Review rating of 4.8 out of 5, based on 2,407 customer reviews.
A company spokesperson commented: “We’ve listened to our customer feedback, and carried out extensive work behind the scenes to make our website a much more interactive and user-friendly place for consumers to purchase their replacement ink and toner cartridges.
“Our commitment to providing customers with outstanding prices has already been proven in 2015, and we’re convinced that this newly-designed website will provide the best online shopping experience available for customers in 2016. The next 12 months are poised to be another extremely busy period for Cartridge Shop, and this is another step towards making 2016 our busiest year ever.”
