The remanufacturer has achieved ISO 9001:2015 and STMC re-certification.
President of Dove Data, Rick Coxe, said: “We are one of the first companies in Florence and in South Carolina to earn the certification in both the ISO 9001:2015 and also STMC re-certification which will help us to support our continued commitment to customer satisfaction and our goal to be a global industry leader in quality products.”
Dove Data Products has recently “ integrated lean manufacturing and [are]working towards ‘Lean six sigma’” while “having six-trained certified green and yellow belts which has reduced internal cost [and] improved quality” which has enabled Dove Data to “become a stronger quality producing manufacturer who can keep up to increased customer demands”.
COO Roger Coxe added: “We are strong believers in ultimate customer satisfaction and that implementing these types of processes will give us the best products quality and services for our customers.”
The company has met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and joins a “select group” of Global International Standards Organisations.
