Konica Minolta launches two new printers

The OEM has released the bizhub 368 and 308 MFP series to replace the bizhub 364e and 284e.

Konica-Minolta Both monochrome models incorporate the nine-inch touchscreen that “offers direct access to downloadable apps” from Konica Minolta’s bizhub marketplace, and are said to be “ideal for SMBs”.

Both are equipped with “mobile connectivity to support devices” that are near-field communication (NFC) capable, and include standard web browsers for connection with “specialised applications” and easy mobile connectivity, while there is also an option of a “large capacity unit” with a paper capacity of 6,650 sheets.

The bizhub 368 has a 36ppm print speed, while the bizhub 308 has 30ppm, and both have secure data encryption once they are activated with bizhub SECURE. The models are said to be “exceptionally cost efficient and sustainable due to the low energy consumption which incorporates a charged roller that “controls the amount of toner supply”. Both are made with recyclable materials and have EPEAT certificates.
