In a press release, Actionable Intelligence stated that the webinar, 2016 Year In Review: The Office Imaging Industry’s Most Transformative Year and What’s to Come in 2017, will take place on Tuesday 17 January at 2pm EST, with sponsors including Clover Imaging Group (CIG), Epson America, Static Control and Future Graphics. The free webinar is set to be interactive and will last one hour, and will look at “last year’s corporate realignments and mergers and acquisitions”.
These deals “resulted in seismic changes to the competitive landscape”, while new technologies and “go-to-market strategies further transformed the industries that market printers, copiers and MFPs along with the supplies used in these devices”. Charlie Brewer and Christina Bonadio, respectively President and Executive Editor of Actionable Intelligence, will host the webinar, which will also include a 15-minute question-and-answer session for attendees.
The company noted that the webinar aims to “provide answers to key questions” including “how did the lead vendors perform last year and which gained and lost share?”; “what impact is overcapacity having on the hardware and consumables industries?”; “which key market segments expanded and contracted?” what tactics did OEMs and third-party supplies vendors use to grab more market share?”; and “how will last year’s events impact the markets for hardware and consumables in 2017?”
