An article looks at the best printers for the office.cartridgeworldlogo

The retailer looked at three available printers that may be the best to use in the home office, and noted that the inkjet printer was one of the “least expensive” to buy and use, as they are not only good for printing documents, but are “one of the best options for printing photos and colour documents”, and the article stated that they are “the best choice for a combination of printing text, graphics and photos”.

For small teams of workers a laser printer is faster at monochrome printing, and may be a better acquisition as they are “known for their text printing abilities”. Using toner to print these printers “often have larger paper trays” for those who print large amounts of documents, and the article noted that these printers will “always out perform traditional inkjets”.

Lastly, the article talked about MFPs which are for the “complete home office” and save space. These printers come as both laser and inkjet and are “perfect” for the “fully functional home office”, as their prices have reduced in price recently, and there is the option for added features later on.

The article finished by noting that connectivity is important for any home printer, and will enable it to be on a shared network with “multiple family members”, and Wi-Fi capability can enable “printing in the home office from wireless devices”.
