The Italian remanufacturer took part in the Remanexpo product group, and reported its views on the market.
Matteo Bianchi, the company’s CEO, told The Recycler that in terms of products, “basically what we are pushing at the show is the whole catalogue. In fact our main strength is the huge number of products a customer can find in our website. Consumables and spare parts for all the brands, just to mention the most important categories.
“And you can choose between remanufactured-compatibles or original products. Of course we have new products every month and we announce them through our weekly newsletter”. In terms of what products were gaining most interest, Bianchi stated “we have announced the introduction of some very popular compatible colour toners for use in Ricoh, Sharp, Samsung and Kyocera A3 machines and the feedback from the market was very good.
“Furthermore our range of spare parts is always very attractive for the customers. As I said before we do both compatible and original spare parts and we keep on stock a good number of items. This is very important to give the service that our customers deserve”. On the features and benefits of the products, he said that “buying from our company is a great advantage because a customer can find whatever he may need in the same place, he doesn’t need to split his purchasing in several suppliers. In the end this means time and transport cost savings.
“REACH compliance in another strong point of our offer, it is something we are very proud of because REACH has very much to do with the health of the people. We bought software that enables us to check the information we are receiving from the toner manufacturer, review them if necessary, and release an SDS perfectly compliant with this European regulation”.
Finally, on where he sees the market going, Bianchi stated: “Well, printout volumes are not growing at least in Europe. For this reason many players in the market are becoming more aggressive. OEMs don’t want to lose market share, far-east companies are very determined and much better organised than in the past, so the picture is quite chaotic.
“We as a European distributor and laser cartridges manufacturer have nothing to do but invest in quality and service. It means high quality products, fast deliveries, technical support, IP awareness and environmental respect. If we combine these features all together I think we have a good chance to be successful in the market”.
