CIG launches Axess TCO tool

Mar 17, 2017

Clover Imaging Group (CIG) has created the tool to “eliminate pricing headaches” for imaging dealers.

The company stated in a press release that the TCO (total cost of ownership) tool is designed for its MPS offering Axess, which is a “comprehensive, fully-intergrated suite of software and services designed to help dealers deliver more profitable MPS solutions”. The tool is also said to eliminate the need for “manual data entries […] when implementing” MPS programmes.

CIG also noted that the tool is “powered by” BEI Services WorldStats data to “automatically calculate accurate and model-specific services pricing per page”, and is “available at no cost for dealers utilising Axess tools and CIG parts and toners”. It is also said to allow dealers to “generate sales proposals easily” through its “intuitive, web-based platform”, and links directly to a dealer’s Axess MPS account as well.

Further features include that it “generates documents with one click”, and that it “offers enhanced reporting capabilities”, with Axess MPS representatives “available 12 hours a day, five hours a week to serve customers”. CIG concluded by noting that current customers “should contact their dedicated account representative for a free demo”.

Luke Goldberg, Global Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CIG, commented: “Our Axess team is dedicated to ensuring that our TCO tool is top of class. It is the most complete and accurate TCO tool in the industry — calculating cost per page (CPP) and cost per seat (CPS).”
