Canon updates Colour MFP line

The OEM announced four new printers in the Color imageClass series.

Canon announced in a press release that the new MFPs are to meet the demands of SMBs and are designed to “provide a level of performance and support to small businesses and home offices”. The MF733Cdw, MF731Cdw, MF634Cdw and MF632Cdw printers offer “higher-yield consumables and a new standard limited three-year warranty backed by Canon’s one hundred percent U.S.-based service and support network”.

Toyotsugu Kuwamura, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Canon, said: “Canon is proud to unveil the latest upgrades to our celebrated imageCLASS lineup. When looking for a new printer, customers want a reliable device that can quickly and easily deliver high-quality results, whether they are using it in their own home or place of work. With these models, we took things a step further, enhancing color quality output and protecting the user’s investment with a three-year limited warranty, helping make these new imageCLASS models truly a different class of printers.”

The Color imageCLASS MF733Cdw and MF634Cdw models “are “all-in-one” devices with print, scan, copy and fax capabilities” while the MF731Cdw and MF632Cdw models are “three-in-one with their ability to print, scan and copy”. The Color imageCLASS MF733Cdw and MF731Cdw printers are “designed for a recommended monthly print volume of approximately 750 – 4,000 sheets” allowing for up to 850 sheets. The MF634Cdw and MF632Cdw models are designed for those “printing at a recommended monthly print volume of approximately 200 – 2,500 sheets with a paper capacity of up to 151 sheets”.
