Armor displays new ink at Fespa

The remanufacturer has debuted its new dye sublimation ink at FESPA.

Printweek reported that the new product from Armor will allow “flag printers to print directly without the need to wash post-print”.The ARSub D701 is designed to work with Epson printheads and is said not to “bleed after calendaring”.

Frank de Jonge, Business Development Director, Armor, said: “Usually people have to print, calender and wash. There is no need to wash with this ink. The flag printers we’ve seen have all been excited about it.”

With high interest from signage firms, Armor want to develop the product for Ricoh and Kyocera printheads.
