ITDL Imagetec Ltd. has been merged with its parent company, Indian Toners & Developers Ltd.
Indian Toners & Developers Ltd. (ITDL) and its’ subsidiary ITDL Imagetec Ltd. were both engaged in the same business of manufacturing of compatible toners.
To consolidate the business of both companies, ITDL Imagetec Ltd has now been merged with ITDL which means the enlarged ITDL will now be focusing on international as well as the domestic Indian market.
ITDL said that the merger also adds to the financial strength of the company, adding that it will also result in maximizing overall value of all the stakeholders and will improve the competitive position of the combined entity. It will also achieve greater efficiencies in operations with optimum utilization of resources and better administration.
After the merger, both the companies are henceforth known by a single combined entity namely Indian Toners & Developers Ltd. (ITDL)
