Xerox Emirates partners with Redington Gulf

With Redington Gulf as its new authorised distributor, Xerox Emirates will gain access to a new network of IT resellers.

Earlier this month ITP revealed that Xerox Emirates had formed a new strategic partnership with Redington Gulf, naming the company as its new authorised distributor in a move that “will expand the reach of its portfolio in the SME segment”.

As a result of this alliance, Xerox Emirates will be “accessing Redington Gulf’s network of IT resellers and supply chain facilities”, and Redington Gulf “will be able to broaden their portfolio of IT offerings with Xerox’s A3 office entry-level Multi-Function Printers and Xerox Scanners.”

The Emirati branch of Xerox will also “offer training programs, special offers and incentives which will benefit Redington Gulf and its reseller network.”

The General Manager at Xerox Emirates, Chris Govier, said of the partnership, “Our partnership with Redington Gulf will have a direct impact on SMB businesses in the region. We recognise that the small and medium businesses’ space is growing and our goal is to ensure that this sector is strongly supported with relevant technology offerings.

“Redington Gulf has a wide reach of IT Resellers and System Integrators and partnering with them helps us to capture every opportunity in the fast growing SMB space.”

Ashish Bharti, president of Redington Gulf-Volume Division (Middle East),  commented that, “The addition of Xerox to Redington’s brand portfolio will enable us to provide a more comprehensive set of solutions to our channel partners in both Single and Multi-function printing device segment.”

He went on to say, “Redington will conduct channel awareness and recruitment programs to increase market share of Xerox in the reseller channel across UAE. We are hopeful that with our extensive channel reach and powerful brand equity of Xerox, the reseller channel will be able to offer a wider range of printing solutions to their customers.”
