The company’s new wide-format colour printer has been designed with small businesses in mind, allowing employees access via smartphones, tablets and laptops.

CDN reports that HP has released a new wide-format colour printer targeted specifically at small businesses; this device can be accessed by employees through their smartphones, tablets and laptops, using the HP Smart app.

This new HP release, the OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One printer, “is mobile-enabled with all the features you would expect from a printer that is designed for colour brochures, decks, documents, etc.” Along with the HP Smart app and its wide format updates that allow for paper sizes up to A3 and include a 35 page automatic document feeder for two-sided printing, this printer guarantees businesses faster printing. Employees can also use the device for scanning, copying and faxing.

It is compatible with HP’s high yield ink cartridges which, the firm claims, can print three times more black text and twice as many colour pages.
