The Sendenhorst-based cartridge collector has gone out of business, opening its insolvency proceedings last week.
PRO-CYCLe GmbH, a German cartridge collector, has gone bankrupt, with the insolvency procedure opened on 27 October 2017.
PRO-CYCLE’s Managing Director is Jochen Glasmacher of Dusseldorf and the main shareholder and authorised signatory is Christian Glasmacher, who resides in Hilden.
The company first entered into difficulties in April this year, when it was revealed in a document compiled by the German branch of creditsafe that the “debtor was not qualified for the execution of collection processes”.
