Until now the NZ managed print services provider has been operating under the Konica Minolta brand but is now forging its own path.
Resellernews reports that CSG, which until now has been offering its managed print services in New Zealand under the Konica Minolta brand, “has officially launched the CSG brand and its full range of IT services”.
With this new development, the company will continue its partnership with Konica Minolta “at a local level” but will trade without the OEM name.
“Print is still a very important part of our business and Konica Minolta will continue to be one of the main brands of devices we offer to the market,” explained CSG managing director and CEO Julie-Ann Kerin.
“Our customers will continue to receive the high level of quality service they experience today, which will continue to be delivered by our existing teams.
“Nothing will change from that perspective. What does change is we now offer our customers a broader more complete set of solutions that add real value to their businesses.”
CSG promises to offer “a full suite of technology as subscription solutions that help businesses maximise productivity, efficiency and reduce costs.”
Now that it is operating under its own brand, CSG will offer its customers “access to a portfolio of subscription-based services” that are “suitable for small to medium business, large enterprise and government”. These services include “digital display, unified communications, contact centre, desktop and managed IT.”
When it was trading under the Konica Minolta brand the company had over 400 New Zealand staff, spread across 14 offices. It has since “made a number of new hires” in order to “support its expanded range of offerings in New Zealand.”
