Konica Minolta launches automated workflow solution

The OEM’s Indian subsidiary has rolled out a new automated workflow solution for customising workflows and common document processing.

As ANI reports, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India has launched automated workflow solution, Dispatcher Phoenix, to aid consumers with customised workflows and common document processing.
This solution “will help to improve productivity and is a powerful tool to route schedules and integrate workflows.”

Dispatcher Phoenix will enhance efficiency through its built-in Graphical Workflow Builder tool, which can “create workflows to handle document processing needs” and has a workflow scheduler so that users can “run workflow checks at specific times”. In addition, its Liveflo technology gives a “real-time” view of documents whilst they are being processed.

Dispatcher Phoenix also includes access to cloud services such as DropBox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Sharepoint and Box, through Konica Minolta’s bizhub MFP control panel; this allows users to “identify bottlenecks and ensure that files are reaching the correct destinations.”

“Dispatcher Phoenix, which is the cornerstone of our Managed Content Services (MCS) portfolio, addresses critical requirements of our customers and help them in managing their document capture automation in a more efficient and productive manner,” V Balakrishnan, EGM – Marketing for Konica Minolta India said.
